Servicing exhibitors and ensuring their needs are met is a key component of any successful event. The MassMutual Customer Service Center is entirely focused on assisting exhibitors with the coordination of their service orders. The Customer Service Representative is the exhibitor's point of contact for any questions or information requests. For convenience, a Customer Service Desk is located in the General Contractor's service area.
