RFP Coordination
The GSCVB can help you to find the right venue for your group that will meet the key objectives for your meeting or convention. This allows you, with one call, to reach all our member facilities throughout the Pioneer Valley.
Unique Venues
We have several unique venue options here in the Pioneer Valley that you can't get anywhere else in the world. We'll work with you to determine your group's interests and help you find places that will WOW all those who attend.
Site Visits
Once you receive the proposals from our members, the local team will help you coordinate a site visit so that you may see the properties yourself.
Convention Planning
Need transportation? Looking for spousal tours or children's activities? We will help you coordinate even the smallest of details to ensure that your attendees have the perfect experience.
Hospitality
Whether it is welcome signs throughout the city or a hospitality table at your event to recommend area attractions and restaurants, we will supply you with all that you need including Hospitality Ambassadors to welcome your guests and assist visitors.
Promotion & Press Releases
We have a full-service in-house Marketing Agency that can assist in writing and distributing press releases, working with the media to pitch stories and writing and implementing a full marketing campaign. We will also supply you with any information or images you may need to create brochures or fliers to promote your convention or event to your attendees.
